Refund policy

 

  • Refunds:

    Refunds are only applicable for damaged products.

  • Proof of Damage:

    If your order arrives damaged, please record a video proof of the unboxing and damage and send it to us via email at [support@404herb.com] within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange/Return Process:

    • In case of an exchange, the customer must ship the product back to our facility.
    • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate a refund as per standard banking norms.

⚠️ Please note that refunds/exchanges will not be processed without proper video proof of damage.
