Shipping Fees: Non-refundable. Free shipping thresholds (if any) apply only to unreturned orders.

Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to incorrect address/customer unavailability, reshipping fees apply.

Defective/Damaged: Replacement only (contact within 48 hours with opening video proof).

No Refunds: For opened/used products, personalized items, or clearance sales.

Store credit expires after 6 months. No cash redemption.

All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by 404 Herb. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
